Ham Broccoli and Vidalia Onion Quiche 2 Pie crusts; unbaked
1 c Ham; cooked, chopped
2 Eggs; beaten
3/4 c Cheddar cheese; grated
3/4 c Swiss cheese; grated or thin slices
1 pk 10-oz. froz. choppd broccoli
Vidalia onion; chopped, to taste
1 sm Can chopped mushrooms; drained (or small jar)
1/3 c Milk
Salt
Pepper
