Lithouhanian Sausage

4 lb Coarse ground pork
1 lb Coarse ground beef
1 tb Salt
Pepper; as desired
1/2 tb Allspice
1/4 ts Garlic powder
Pork casings
1/2 c Water

Mix all ingredients together. Let set for at least 2 ~3 hours. Stuff into pork casings and fry until browned.
