Pork With Guava Sauce

4 lb Boneless Pork Loin
1 cn Guava Marmalade; (20 oz.)
1 md Onion
1 tb Powder Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut any fat left on the tenderloin, then salt and pepper the meat well. Using a food processor, blend the marmalade, onion and the mustard powder. Pour over the meat and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until the meat thermometer reads 170 degrees to 185 degrees.
