Honey-garlic Pork Loin

4 ea Boneless pork center loin chops, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch thick
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Honey
2 T Soy sauce
1 T Dry sherry
2 ea Cloves garlic, minced


Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag. Seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade, reserve marinade. Broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
