Pork Chops With Honey and Herb Butter

4 Boneless pork chops
50 g Butter; room temperature (2oz)
1 tb Clear honey
1 tb Freshly chopped thyme
1 tb Freshly chopped parsley
1 tb Freshly chopped chives
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 120 gram bag mixed herb salad

Blend together the butter, honey, herbs and seasoning to taste. Place half the mixture in a frying pan, spoon the remainder on to a sheet of food wrap, roll up and refrigerate.

Heat the butter in the pan and cook the chops for approximately 6-8 minutes each side, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.

Serve immediately on a bed of mixed herb salad with a slice of the refrigerated butter on top of each chop.
