4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 ts Butter
1/2 c Green Onions, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 ts Thyme
8 oz Beer
Lightly flour chops. Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium-high heat; quickly brown chops on both sides; remove from pan. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms and thyme in skillet 3-4 minutes; return chops to skillet, add beer; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with buttered noodles, green beans, and garlic bread.
