3 tb Oil
1 1/2 lb Pork; cut in 1/2 in cubes
3/4 c Onion; minced
2 Garlic cloves; minced
1/4 ts Dried chili peppers; (ground
1/4 c Soy sauce; or to taste
2 ts Brown sugar
1 ts Lemon juice
Heat oil in skillet; saute pork, onions, garlic and peppers 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add soy sauce, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
