Garlic and Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
3 tb Dijon mustard
3 tb Olive oil
5 ts Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1 tb Crushed fresh rosemary
3/4 lb Pork tenderloin
Combine first 4 ingredients. Spray oven proof skillet with cooking spray. Cook pork over medium high heat until evenly browned. Brush with mustard mixture. Place in a 450 degree oven and roast 10 minutes or until desired doneness. Garnish with fresh rosemary. Yield: 4 servings.
