Top Of Stove Spareribs

3 lb Spareribs or pork chops
3/4 c Water
2 tb Vinegar
2 Onions, sliced
1 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
3/4 c Catsup
2 tb Brn. sugar, packed
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 tb Oil

Season meat, brown in oil. Add sliced onions. Mix other ingreds. Cover and let simmer abt. 3 hrs, or until tender.
