Green Chili Sauce

3 Cloves garlic, minced
2 tb Vegetable oil
3 Center cut porkchops
1 cn Whole tomatoes (4 or 6 oz.)?
3/4 c Cooked green chili

Combine oil, minced garlic and porkchops cut into 1/2 inch cubes in a medium skillet and saute until lightly brown and tender. Add drained tomatoes and green chili (frozen or fresh porkchops), and cover with lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve alone or as a side dish.
