2 tb Oil
2 c Sliced celery
1 c Sliced onions
1/2 c Pork gravy
1 cn Mushroom soup
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 c Chopped cooked pork
1 cn Chinese vegetables
Cook onions & celery in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles Good use for left-over pork roast.
