Baked Orange Pork Chops

2 lb Lean pork chops, thick
Salt and pepper
2 Oranges, sliced thin
1/2 c Orange juice
2 tb Flour


Arrange pork chops in a casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and top with orange slices. Pour juice over the top and cover with orange slices. Cover. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
