Veal Loaf

2 lb Ground veal shoulder
1/2 lb Sausage or fresh pork
2 tb Catsup
2 ts Minced parsley
1 Onion, sliced
1 Egg
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
1/4 c Hot milk
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

Mix all the ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 35o degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Brush occasionally with bacon drippings.
