Italian Porketta

2 lb Boneless pork roast (up to 4)
3 tb Dill seed
1 tb Fennel seed
1 ts Oregano (dried)
1 ts Basil (dried)
1/4 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Garlic powder
2 ts Black pepper
1 ts Paprika

Combine seasonings together and coat roast with the mixture. Roast in a shallow pan at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let roast rest 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
