Breaded Pork Chops

2 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
4 To 6 Pork Chops
1 c Fine Cracker Crumbs
Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Shortening


Beat eggs and milk until blended well. Dip chops into mixture, then into cracker crumbs to coat. Salt and pepper to taste and place in skillet with small amount of hot shortening. Brown on both sides. Reduce heat and cook until well done. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
