Meat Loaf

2 ea Eggs
1/4 c Milk
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Seasoned salt
1 ts Onion powder
1 c Oatmeal -- quick cooking
1 ea Carrot -- shredded
2 tb Fresh parsley -- chopped
1 1/2 lb Ground beef, extra lean
1 lb Ground pork
1/2 c Ketchup

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and onion powder; mix well. Stir in oats, carrot and parsley. Combine beef and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup. Bake at 35o deg. for 1 1/2 hours or no pink remains. Drain. Yield: 10 servings.
