10 sl White Bread, Cubed
3 c Milk
2 tb Parsley
1 ts Dry Mustard
1 ts Salt
2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 tb Finely chopped onion
1 lb Pork Sausage
Brown and crumble Pork Sausage. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl beat together eggs, milk and seasonings. Stir in bread, cheese, onions and drained sausage. Pour into 11 1/2 X 7 1/2 baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour uncovered until center is set.
