Cucumber Filling

1/2 lb Lean pork
1 Egg
1 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Sherry
1 ts Soy sauce
1/2 ts Salt


Mince or grind pork. Beat egg and add.


Then add cornstarch, sherry, soy sauce and salt; blend well. VARIATION: For the pork, substitute beef, chicken or shrimp.
