Pork Hash

1/2 lb Ground Pork
3 Water Chestnuts
2 tb Green Onion; sliced 1/4"
2 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Sherry
1 ts Cornstarch
1/4 ts Salt



Peel chestnuts and crush. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put in deep bowl and steam 25 minutes.
