Pot Stickers

1/2 lb Ground pork
1 cn (8 oz) water chestnuts; drained/minced
1/4 c Soy sauce
8 Green onions; fine chop
1 Garlic cloves; minced


Combine ingredients in bowl.


Place 2 tsp filling in centre of wrapper. Brush edge with water. Fold wrapper over filling to form triangle Pleat edges and press to seal. 3. Heat 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil in heavy skillet over med-hi heat.


Stand stickers in pan and cook 5 minutes til bottoms are crisp & brown.


Add enough water to just cover bottom of pan, cover and steam 8 minutes.


Notes: Will fill 32 won ton wrappers
