Newfoundland Molasses Buns

1/2 c Butter
1 Well-beaten egg
1 tb Milk
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Molasses
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Diced pork
1 ts Soda


Cream butter & sugar. Add egg and vamilla and molasses. Sift together dry ingredients with milk. Bake in cup cake pans at 350f for 15-20 minutes. Raisins may be added if desired.
