1 1/2 lb Dry navy beans; (3 c.)
1 c Ketchup
2 c Water
2 tb Dark molasses
1/4 lb Salt pork or ground or diced bacon
1 md Onion; chopped
1 c Brown sugar
2 ts Dry mustard
1 tb Salt
Soak beans overnight in cold water. Simmer for 30 minutes; drain and put into crockpot. Add all ingredients, mix well. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally).
