Fried Noodles (Chaau Min)

1 lb Thin egg noodles
Peanut oil for stir frying
1 tb Ginger; minced
1/2 lb Cooked meat - chicken; beef, pork, shrimp, or combination
2 c Bean sprouts
1/4 c Green onions
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Sesame oil

Precook noodles.

Heat wok. Add peanut oil and ginger. Stir fry 1 minute until oil is aromatic.

Add meat, bean sprouts, and green onion. Stir fry 2 minutes.

Add noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir fry 3 minutes until heated through.
