Pork Stir-fry

1 lb Pork, cut in 3/4" cubes
2 c Zucchini, julienned
1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
1 md Onion, sliced
1 c Green pepper, julienned
1 tb Cornstarch
3 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Cold water
1/4 ts Garlic powder
Hot cooked rice


In a wok, in a tablespoon of oil, stir-fry the pork until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Add zucchini, mushrooms, onion and green pepper; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until crisp tender. In a glass measure, combine cornstarch, soy sauce, water and garlic power until smooth. Add to the skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Serve over rice.
