Meat Pie (Tourtiere)

1 lb Minced pork
1 sm Onion, minced
1/2 cl Garlic, minced
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Sage
1/8 ts Cloves
1/2 c Water


Directions; Mix ingredients together and cook over medium heat until it loses its pinkness; do not brown. Lower heat and allow to simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chill mixture. Stir before using. Using favorite crust, bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
