Bolognese Pasta Sauce
1 lb Minced meat; (beef or pork or mixed)
1 Onion; diced
1 Clove garlic; chopped
1 cn Mushrooms; (or fresh), cut into small pieces
1 lg Can tomatoes; chopped
1 Cube beef stock
Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add meat and fry until brown. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app. 1/4 l), and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano. Serve over any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
