Steamed Sliced Pork With White Cheese

1 lb Lean pork
1/2 ts Cornstarch
1 ts Soy sauce
3 tb Water
2 Cubes Chinese white cheese

Cut pork in 1/16-inch slices. Place in a heatproof bowl.

Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water. Mash white cheese cubes and blend in. Pour mixture over pork.

Steam on a rack until done (30 to 40 minutes).
