1 lb Lean pork roast (fat trimmed off) or 3 pounds lean ribs
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Salad oil
1/8 ts Cayenne
1/8 ts Ground cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground cloves
Cut pork into bite-size pieces. Combine ingredients in plastic bag and marinate 1 to 2 hours. Remove meat from bag and discard marinade. Put meat on small rack or skewers and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
