Boston Baked Beans

1 lb Dried small white beans; rinsed
6 c Water
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Molasses
2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 Chopped onion
1/4 lb Salt pork

Pour beans into crockpot; add water. Soak for at least 6 hours or overnight. Cover pot and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or until beans are tender. Add salt, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, and onion. Cut salt pork into 2 or 3 pieces. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours. Keep hot in crockpot.
