Sausage-rice Casserole

1 lb Bulk pork sausage
1 c Uncooked rice
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 Stalks celery; chopped
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
1 cn (10-3/4 oz) creamed of mushroom soup; undiluted
1 cn (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup; undiluted

Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish and set aside. In a skillet, brown the sausage and pour off the grease. Add the uncooked rice, and sauté until the rice turns a milky color. Add the chopped onion, garlic, celery, and green bell pepper, and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Add the soups. Pour into the prepared casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350( for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
