Dijon Pork Steaks

1 lb Boneless pork chops;
3 tb Soy sauce;
1/4 c Dry white wine;
2 ts Sherry extract;
1 tb Dijon mustard;
1/8 ts Garlic powder;
2 ts Vegetable oil;

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops. Marinate several hours or overnight. Broil or grill, turning occasionally and basting until done to taste.
