Lechon Kawali

1 kg Pork belly
2 ts Salt
5 Whole peppercorns
5 Cloves garlic, minced
Oil, for deep frying


Sauce
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Vinegar
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Pcs chili peppers


Boil pork in enough water with salt, peppercorns and garlic until tender. Drain.


Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.


Mix together all ingredients for the sauce and serve with chopped lechon kawali.
