Rustic Pork

1 c Rustic Rub
1/2 c Olive oil
2 lb Pork butt
1 c Sweet BBQ Sauce, warm
2 c Maw Maw's Slaw


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mix the Rustic Rub with the olive oil to form a paste. Make several slits in the pork butt. Completely cover the pork with the rub and place in a zip-lock bag. Place the pork in the refrigerator and marinate for 4 to 6 hours. Remove the pork from the bag and place on a roasting pan. Slow roast the pork for about an hour. Slice the pork and serve with BBQ sauce and slaw. Garnish with green onions and Essence. Yield: 6 servings
