Peppered Chef's Prime

1 Boneless pork rib-end roast (2-to-4 pound)
2 tb Garlic pepper
2 ts Rosemary, crushed

Coat roast with seasonings mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary. Roast in a shallow pan at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hours, until meat thermometer registers 155 degrees F. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before carving.
