Ginger Grilled Pork Tenderloin
1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin
2 c Dry white wine, or chicken broth
4 tb Grated fresh ginger
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Sesame oil
2 Cloves garlic, peeled & minced
Combine all ingredients for marinade and marinate pork for 2 hours or overnight covered in the refrigerator. Remove tenderloin from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill tenderloin over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, until thermometer inserted reads 155'F. Slice to serve.
