Garlic-cilantro Grilled Pork Tenderloin

1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces & flattened slightly


For Marinade
4 Cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 c Olive oil
1/2 c Fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tb Freshly squeezed lime juice
Freshly ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients for marinade and marinate pork covered for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Remove pork from marinade, discarding the marinade. In a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, pan-broil the pork 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
