Hawaiian Lau Lau's

1 pk (10 oz) frozen leaf spinach, thawed, drained
1 1/2 lb Pork OR chicken, cut in bite-size pcs
1 1/2 lb Boneless white fish, cut in bite-size pcs
1 ts MSG, optional *
2 tb Seasoned salt
1 Cube butter or margarine, melted

Cut foil into 6" pieces. Sprinkle MSG and seasoned salt over meat. Pour melted butter over fish. On each piece of foil place a piece of meat, fish, and a pinch of spinach. Fold over foil to form an envelope and seal. Place steaming plate into Hitachi Food Steamer and pour in 1/2 cup water. Arrange foil packages on top of steaming plate. Cover and cook until chime rings. Serve hot, allowing each guest to unwrap his/her own lau laus. Time 15-20 minutes.
