Tacos

Shells
4 c Flour
1 c Cornmeal
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c ;water
1/2 c Milk


Filling
1 lb Ground pork; browned
1 cn Chili beans in sauce, 1 lb.


Combine shell ingredients. Knead with hands. Using 1-2 T. per shell, roll out on floured surface with rolling pin. Fry in several inches of hot oil--350-400 degrees. Dough will puff and bubble. Drain. Serve warm or freeze for later use. FILLING: Combine and stir while heating to partially mash beans. Put in shells and add desired toppings.
