1 lb EACH ground beef, veal & pork (3 lbs. meat total)
2 cl Garlic, minced
1 Onion, chopped
2 Eggs
Bread crumbs
1 c Romano cheese
1 c Parsley, chopped
S & P

Mix all together, mixture should be wet - add water if necessary. Keeping hands wet, form into balls and brown on all sides in skillet, then add to sauce to finish cooking. Try it with Tony Bommarito's Sauce.
