Wiltshire Pork Pie

1 lb Pork
1/2 lb Onions
3/4 lb Apples
Salt
Black pepper
1/4 ts Sage
1 Pie crust


Cut up the meat, chop the onions, slice the apples. Arrange layers of pork, onion and apple with seasoning and sage in a deep pie dish. Repeat layers till full. Put on pastry lid, bake 1.1/2 hours at 350 degrees F
