Chop Suey

1 lb Round steak; diced
1 lb Lean pork; diced
1 tb Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
2 lg Onion; diced
3 tb Soy sauce
2 ts Bead molasses
2 c Celery; diced
1 cn Chinese vegetables (16 oz)
1 cn Bean sprout (16 oz)


Heat cooker, add oil and brown meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add onion, soy sauce, bead molasses, celery and liquid drained from canned vegetables. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and COOK 8 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop of it own accord. Stirring occasionally. Serve with steam rice, if desired. 6 servings
