Dinner Souffle

8 slices bread, cubed
2 cups ham, Spam, Crab, Salmon or Shrimp
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup diced celery
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups milk
1 can mushroom soup, heated, undiluted
1 cup grated cheese or chow mein noodles

Place 1/2 bread cubes into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix next 5 ingredients and place on top of bread. Blend eggs and milk; pour over top with remaining bread cubes. Spread soup over all. Sprinkle with cheese or noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F .
