1 lb. ground pork
3/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground clove

Cook meat, salt, and onion in water; enough to keep from sticking until well done about 1 hour or cook longer real slowly. Cool in refrigerator in a mold or bowl. Serve on crackers or thin sliced bread.
