Pork Pineapple Loaf

1 can (12 oz.) pork luncheon meat
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 canned pineapple slices, cut in half or spiced apple rings
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Cut meat slightly more than halfway through loaf into 8 sections. Place pork in 1 quart casserole. Spread 1/2 tsp. mustard between every other cut. Insert 1/2 slice pineapple into each cut. Put remaining 1/2 slice on top. Sprinkle brown sugar over pork. Cover tightly. Microwave on high until pork is hot 5 to 7 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Serve.
