Barbecue Stew

1/3 pound smoked pork (butt or shoulder), -- chopped
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 quart tomatoes -- canned
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 cup catsup
1 tablespoon texas pete hot sauce
1 bay leaf
3 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 small can butter beans
1 small can corn
3 medium potatoes -- diced
1 quart water
2 tablespoons bbq sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Put every thing except the beans and corn In a large pot. Simmer(do not boil) for 2 1/2 hour stirring occasionally until the potatoes are nearly done add vinegar and vegetables. Simmer until potatoes are done. Remove Bay leaf before serving.
