Orchard Harvest Pork Kabobs

4 wooden (soak in water before using) or metal
1 pound pork loin -- cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/2 cup cherry preserves
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
1/3 cup white vinegar


Divide pork cubes evenly and place on skewers.

Prepare charcoal grill. Grill cubes until golden brown on all sides. Transfer to baking dish.

Preheat oven to bake at 350F.

Stir together preserves, mustard and vinegar. Pour over pork kabobs.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until pork is tender.

To serve, spoon sauce over each kabob.
