Greek Pitas

8 oz Plain yogurt
8 tb Mayonnaise
1 tb Dried dillweed
1 lb Lean boneless pork
Garlic powder
Onion salt
Salt and pepper
1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 Tomato, sliced
Pita bread (pocket bread)


Mix Yogurt, Mayonnaise, and Dillweed in a small bowl. Set aside.


Slice cucumber and tomato, set aside.


Slice pork into thin strips. In a medium skillet, season pork. Cook and stir until pork is browned.


Slice pitas in half. Fill pita with seasoned meat, cucumber and tomato, and top with yogurt sauce.
