Peach Glazed Pork Chops

8 1/2 oz Peach slices; undrained
1 c Hot water
6 oz Stove Top Stuffing for Pork
1/4 c Margarine; in pieces
6 Pork chops; 1/2" thick
1/3 c Peach or apricot preserves
1 tb Mustard, dijon

Heat oven to 375. Drain peaches, reserving liquid. Add water to syrup to measure 1 1/2 cups. Mix syrup mixture, contents of seasoning packet and margarine in large bowl until margarine is melted. Stir in stuffing crumbs and peaches. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon stuffing into 13 x 9 baking pan. Arrange chops over stuffing. Mix preserves with mustard. Spoon over chops. Bake 40 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
