Pork and Bramley Kebabs

625 g Lean pork fillet; (1 1/2lb)
2 Bramley apples; washed
1 Lemon; juice and rind of
3 tb Runny honey
5 Cm; (2) piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
Few drops Tabasco

Trim any fat from the pork then cut into 32 chunks. Cut each apple into 16 chunks, cutting away the core then thread onto 4 large or 8 short metal skewers. Line a grill pan with foil, and place the kebabs on the grill rack. Heat the grill.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together to make a glaze and brush the apple and pork all over. Cook the kebabs for 20 minutes, turning them and brushing with the glaze and juices from the foil until they are golden and cooked.
