Gyoza (Crispy Won Ton)

60 Gyoza skins(or wonton)
1/2 lb Ground pork
8 Water chestnuts
1 ts Garlic juice
1/4 c Green onion; chopped
1 ts Salt
2 ts Soy sauce
1/2 ts MSG
1 pn Pepper (even less)

Peel chestnuts (if necessary) and mince. Combine pork, nuts, garlic juice and onions. Mix well. Add soy sauce, msg, pepper. Spread skins out and place 1 tsp. mix in the center. Fold and crimp. Deep fry until crisp.
